Bergamot (bergapten Free)

Citrus bergamia (Italy), a bergapten free variety, so no danger of photo-toxicity.

Light, delicate and refreshing. Similar to lemon and orange with a slight floral overtone.

Mind and Spirit:
Its sedative and yet uplifting characteristics make it an ideal oil to use in an oil burner, bath or in a massage for anxiety, depression and nervous tension.

Body:
It is a valuable antiseptic for the urinary tract and infections and inflammation such as cystitis. It may be used as an inhalation for respiratory tract infections such as tonsillitis, bronchitis and tuberculosis.
